Picture
As a fraud examiner or investigation professional, the quality of an interview can significantly influence the success of an investigation. The ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and obtain accurate, reliable information is essential for uncovering the facts and supporting sound investigative outcomes.

In partnership with the ACFE Singapore Chapter, Xione Group is pleased to invite you to the Investigative Interviewing Practices Course this October, to support your continued professional development in investigations.

Why Attend?
This highly interactive programme combines proven interviewing methodologies with practical exercises, allowing you to strengthen your investigation approach and improve the quality of information obtained.

Beyond individual skill-building, it is an opportunity to learn alongside your peers, sharing local insights while mastering a globally recognized framework.

What You Will Learn
Throughout this 3-day course, participants will get to learn the following:
  • The PEACE Model: Learn how to adopt a structured framework for professional, ethical interviewing.
  • Cognitive Interviewing: Learn advanced techniques to enhance memory recall and witness cooperation.
  • Strategic Evidence Use: Master the timing and method of disclosing evidence to manage the flow of information effectively.
  • Managing Disruptions: Identify and professionally navigate disruptive interview behaviours.
  • Practical Exercises: Hands-on role-play simulations with personalized feedback.
What Is Included
Every participant will receive a hard-copy PEACE Model Booklet (30 pages) to keep as a permanent reference. This practical booklet serves as a comprehensive tool for conducting professional interviews long after the training concludes. In addition, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for your digital records.

Learn from Our Expert
The course will be led by Ian Tickner, a seasoned expert with over 30 years of experience in the UK Royal Military Police and Greater Manchester Police. As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and having conducted numerous corporate fraud investigations in Singapore previously, Ian brings a practical, peer-to-peer perspective that resonates specifically with the challenges faced by members.

Help Shape Asia's First AI Adoption Study - 5 Minute Survey (ACFE x Asia-ISAC) 13 July 2026

Help Shape Asia's First AI Adoption Study — 5-Minute Survey

Our partner, Asia-ISAC — the first cross-industry, member-focused, non-profit Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (ISAC) for companies operating across Asia — has launched "Mapping AI Adoption Across Industries in Asia," a regional research campaign to document real-world AI use cases, adoption challenges, and practical AI roadmaps across the region.

The study will survey 8–10 industries across 20+ Asian markets, covering deployment stage, use cases, pilot experiences, and — importantly for our members — risk posture and governance maturity. Findings will be published as an AI Readiness Industry Report with sector case studies, developed with industry associations, ISACs, and academic institutions across Asia.

ACFE Singapore Chapter is supporting this initiative because AI adoption is reshaping the fraud and governance risk landscape our members work in every day. As organisations deploy AI faster than their controls can mature, the visibility this study creates — into where governance gaps and emerging risks lie — is directly relevant to fraud examiners, auditors, and risk professionals. Your input as CFEs helps ensure that perspective is represented in the findings.

We believe this is a valuable opportunity for our community to contribute. Please take a few minutes to complete this short, anonymous survey.

Take the survey: https://www.asia-isac.org/mapping-ai-adoption

Participants get early access to benchmarking data, sector case studies, regulatory intelligence and an invite to an executive roundtable in August. (Note: limited to 1 seat per company, confirmed on a first-answered basis.)

Thank you.
