Award: 1.5 CPE credits. Take a break and join our presenters Yoong Ee-chuan and Cheryl Ng for this 1.5-hour webinar, exposing the anti-competitive practices used in a bid-rigging case in Singapore. Cheryl will give an overview of bid-rigging in the context of Singapore's Competition Act, administered by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS). She will also share some legal cases related to anti-competitive activities. Ee-chuan will take a deep dive into how he identified the red flags of an actual bid-rigging case involving a publicly-funded local educational institution, sharing the fraud examination techniques he used to uncover further clues, leading to the report to CCCS.
